Violet Health is a health equity and cultural competence platform that helps
healthcare organizations measure, improve, and operationalize how well
their providers and networks serve patients across diverse identities
and backgrounds. Their existing brand felt fun and light‑hearted but
visually overwhelming, and it struggled to clearly communicate what
Violet does, contributing to lower‑than‑expected conversion and
click‑through rates.
Partnering
closely with the CEO and Head of Marketing, I led a rebrand that
honored key legacy elements while redefining the visual hierarchy,
messaging, and overall brand system to better reflect Violet’s mission
and products. The work included a new marketing website, illustration style, social media
and email templates, print collateral, and internal document and
presentation designs, creating a more cohesive and easier‑to‑understand
brand experience across touchpoints.
