Working at Tumblr led to inroads into the venture capital world, where I was fortunate enough to land at the illustrious NYC-based firm, Betaworks. While at Betaworks, I led the design team in all aspects. My work included art direction, web design, wireframing, illustrations, animation, branding, wayfinding, and other tasks for Betaworks itself. I also floated between various Betaworks investments such as Dots, GIPHY, and Poncho, supporting them with any design needs.
I played a pivotal role as a member of the founding team for Betaworks Studios, a community hub for innovators, which debuted in April 2018. While at Betaworks Studios, I developed the initial design system, informing all design, photography, and graphics. My responsibilities included art direction, signage, marketing materials, website and product design, print collateral, photography, illustration, and animation.
